Happy Tuesday everyone! Did you have a good weekend and a Happy Halloween? I stopped by a few gatherings over the weekend and dressed up as a bank robber. It was a super last minute costume idea. For the first night I wore black pants and a striped peplum top I found at H&M for $9.99 with a black beanie. The second night I dressed it up with a black pencil skirt and wore a different striped crop top with the beanie. I had a black grocery bag lying around and drew a money sign on it and called it a day! Nothing super fussy. I'd show pictures but surprisingly I didn't take any good ones of my costume! Sorry, pals. Anyways.

It's no secret, I've been loving shift dresses for fall (seen here and here). They're just so easy and effortless. I found this one at Nordstrom over the summer while the anniversary sale was going on and just knew I would wear it a ton this fall, and so far I have. I love changing up shoes and accessories for different looks. And if you read last weeks post, you already know how I feel about these booties :)

Have a great week!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Hope your week is off to a great start!

Today I'm sharing a look I'm just obsessed with and wear on regular rotation throughout the fall. If you've been following Sweet and Sauer for a while you know these are hands DOWN my favorite pants ever. I won't bore you with more gushing over just how awesome they are. However, one of my favorite ways to wear them (or any leather/pleather) pants is with a denim shirt and a statement shoe. Leopard booties were a big trend last season and they seem to be here to stay, and let me tell you, I am on board. This look is perfect for work, and will take you straight to happy hour seamlessly. Just change up your lip color and swap your bag for a cute clutch and voila!

Have a great rest of your week!

Floral Shift - Part 2

Photos by Brandon Hill

Dress: Pinks Boutique (similar here, here, here) / Boots:Sam Edelman / Hat:Urban Outfitters (in color 'cognac')

It's Friday!!!! We made it through the week! I know I say that every Friday but man, I just love the weekends. I hope you all had a wonderful week :)

I wanted to share the other way I styled this floral shift dress. Part 1 showed this piece dressed up, where part 2 here is a bit more casual. Printed shift dresses are something I am just loving for fall right now because they are so versatile! I sound like a broken record I know, but I just love pieces that are easy. When you have statement pieces like these in your closet, changing up shoes and accessories can make a huge difference and provide tons of outfit possibilities.

Are you up to anything fun this weekend? I'd love to hear!
