If you haven't picked up on this yet - I love simple outfits with one statement item. Jacket, shoes, accessory - you name it. I like one (ok maybe sometimes two) things to stand out. This outfit is no exception.

Enter part one. These shoes are one of my favorite pairs. I went on a major scavenger hunt for leopard booties and just FELL IN LOVE with these babies. And they're so comfortable! Pairing them with my favorite boyfriend jeans, loose Henley and a trench is a simple look and gives these shoes some much deserved attention.

Now for part two. One major trend I'm loving is the peek-a-boo Bralette. There are so many beautiful and detailed and just gorgeous bralettes out there - let's show them off! A low cut v-neck tee, or a loose Henley like this one from Free People are two great options to let that Bralette peek out. Nothing too racy, just fun and flirty with that special touch of girlie.

Coat: Sheinside / Shirt: Nordstrom (similar) / Jeans: Nordstrom / Shoes: Sole Society (on sale!) / Purse: Michael Kors

I'm obsessed with these shoes. They're beyond comfortable and super versatile. I'm also obsessed with this coat. And for $46 can you blame me?! It can be dressed up or down and has become a classic staple in my closet! It literally goes with everything, and adds an extra little something to an outfit. Stay tuned to see other ways I styled this coat!

In my book, Sunday calls for casual chic. A couple of weeks ago I wore this outfit for brunch and some brews with friends. I LOVE comfy t-shirts more than anything, and love dressing them up with a leather jacket and fun accessories even more. Who said basic had to be boring?
